Shipping & Returns

 

Aquatic Addiction Shipping:

We ship via United States Postal Service. All orders (except international orders**) will ship with a tracking number to virtually any address in the world. During checkout your shipping options will appear. Please select which option works best for you.

International Orders** will be provided a proof of mailing receipt upon request. Since the United States Postal Service does not offer tracking information outside the U.S. we rely on the proof of mailing receipt to ensure overseas customers their order was shipped. If you require another shipping option/service please contact us.

Aquatic Addiction 100% Satisfaction Guarantee

Our satisfaction guarantee states that for any reason you purchase, and/or receive your order, you have the option to exchange it for another product(s) (example; size, color, or different product all together), or you can return it for a full refund of the purchase price. Any price differences will either be charged/refunded back to the customer or applied in the form of an Aquatic Addiction gift certificate.

Aquatic Addiction Return Policy

We will make every reasonable effort to provide our customers with a great experience for coming to Aquatic Addiction. Once our customers receive their order they have 10 days, from delivery of order, to contact Aquatic Addiction to address the issue.

To Initiate a Return: Simply login to your Aquatic Addiction account.

  • ·       On the “My Account” page
  • ·       Click on “Completed Orders
  • ·       Click on “Return Item(s)”
  • ·       Select Product(s) to Return
  • ·       Fill out “Reason for Return” (example; exchange for larger/smaller size, different design choice, or changed mind and requesting a refund).

You will be notified via e-mail of your exchange/refund progress once we've received and processed the returned item(s). If you have any questions about a product before making a decision to return it, please contact us.

**All return offers will be honored provided the returned product is received in the condition it was sent. Cases in which the return offer will not be honored; if the product was washed, pulled out of shape, damaged, smells, or is in any other way not sellable. Aquatic Addiction will inspect the condition of all returns, and inform customer if there is an issue.

 Returning Product: To return product back to Aquatic Addiction, simply mail product via traceable courier*. Aquatic Addiction recommends shipping through U.S. Postal Service/FEDEX/UPS.

Traceable Courier*, ­­­­All returns must have a tracking number via Postal Service/FEDEX/UPS). Aquatic Addiction will not be responsible for returns that fail to arrive (get lost) due to lack of a tracking number by traceable courier. All returns must be prepaid; we cannot accept packages that arrive C.O.D.

** If the return of a product is a result of our error (example; you received an incorrect or defective item etc;) Aquatic Addiction will pay for return shipping.

Refunds: If you request a refund please expect to receive your refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Please note, items returned for a refund after the 10 day return period will be issued an Aquatic Addiction gift certificate. The certificate’s amount will reflect the returned product(s) purchase price at time of sale. Gift certificate is valid for two years and can be used at AquaticAddiction.com.

Exchanging Order: Aquatic Addiction will process all exchange orders immediately upon receiving the original return merchandise from your traceable shipper. The balance, if any, will be charged/refunded at this time, and the requested replacement merchandise will be shipped USPS at no extra charge.

Gift Returns/Exchanges: If you would like to return an item you have received as a gift, you will need to contact us (see contact form below).

Out of Stock Items on Exchanges: If an item or a particular item size is out of stock, you will be notified as soon as possible via email or telephone. If the item is going to come back in stock, you will have the option to wait. If it is out of stock for the season, you may make a new selection, receive a refund within the 10 day return period, or receive a gift certificate of equal value.
